Lisbon – Enel Green Power announced that it has acquired ownership of six wind farms in Portugal for a total installed capacity of 445 MW, following the approval of the General Shareholders Assembly of Eólicas de Portugal (ENEOP). The Assembly approved the demerger of the company, with a consequent allocation of its wind power assets, amounting to 1,333 MW, to shareholders, based on a proportional system according to their participation. The operation satisfies the conditions for the execution of the agreement signed in September with First State Wind Energy Investments SA for the sale of all Enel Green Power assets in Portugal.
