November 4th, 2015 – From Friday, November 6 to Sunday, November 8 Stockholm hosts “Rex – Animation Film Festival” with short and feature films by great Italian directors. The festival was organized by EUNIC Stockholm in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute “CM Lerici” of Stockholm. All events take place at Klarabiografen. On Friday, November 6 at 6:30pm, the festival kicks off with the screening of “La Valigia”, a short film by Pier Paolo Paganelli who wrote the story and screenplay with Laura Castaldini. The following day, at 1.30pm, audiences will enjoy the short film by Milena Tipaldo and Francesca Marinelli “Mamma Mia” (both graduates of the National School of Cinematography). On Saturday, at 5.30pm, “L’arte della felicità,” feature film by Alessandro Rak, will be screened; while for the final day, the program includes “Imperium Vacui” by Linda Kelvink and Massimo Ottoni (National School of Cinematography) and “La danza del piccolo ragno,” a short film by Giacinto Compagnone, Aurora Febo, Lucia Rotelli, and Emma Vasile (of the National School of Cinematography).
