Secaucus – For two days, today and tomorrow, the Azienda Agricola Bertinelli will be in the US, more specifically in the Exhibition Center of Secaucus, New Jersey, for Kosherfest, which this year celebrates its 27th edition. Kosherfest is the most important trade fair in the world for Kosher-certified foods. The event welcomes 325 exhibitors and over 6,000 visitors: these are mainly retail chain buyers, professional foodservice and catering, restaurant owners and independent owners of gourmet stores. The Bertinelli brand is present under the aegis of Fiere di Parma, within a promotional project for the agri-food certification of made-in-Italy promoted by the Ministry of Economic Development. There are 15 Italian companies taking part in the event whose participating has been organized by Fiere di Parma. (9Colonne)
