Hamburg – The Foreign Ministry informs that former President Giorgio Napolitano will participate in an official capacity at the state funeral of the former Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Helmut Schmidt. The funeral will take place in Hamburg on November 23. (9Colonne)
