Berlin – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Gentiloni intervenes today, in Berlin, at the Aspen Southeast Europe Foreign Ministers’ Conference. Now in its 7th edition, the conference is organized by the Aspen Institute Germany with Auswaertiges Amt, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian Embassy in Berlin, which houses part of the works. The event is an opportunity to exchange views with countries in the Western Balkans on the European integration and euro-Atlantic region process and on the Balkan route of migration flows. The choice of Italy as a partner country for this year’s edition reflects the leading role played by Italy in the context of dialogue and regional cooperation strengthening in the Western Balkans.
