Tehran – During the Government/entrepreneurial mission to Iran, SACE signed three cooperation agreements with the main Iranian private banks: Bank Pasargad, Bank Parsian and Saman Bank. The goal is to facilitate a more rapid and effective recovery of Italian trade and investments in Iran. According to the agreements, SACE and the banks intend to enter into cooperation, consistent with applicable regulation and the restoration of the payment system, to identify projects of mutual interest and to develop suitable insurance and financial structures to support them. The expertise gained over the years by the three banks in support of allowed imports, including those produced by small and medium-size companies, is an important value added to the agreements.
