Brussels – Lorenzo Stanghellini was appointed by the European Commission as member of the working group that will be involved in drawing up a proposal for reform in the area of debt restructuring and insolvency of companies. Stanghellini – Professor of Commercial Law at the Department of Law – is one of three Italian experts among the twenty appointed by the European Commission.
