(January 15, 2016) Riccardo Marinelli is a cartoonist that will take part in a meeting organized by the Italian Cultural Institute in Los Angeles for February 4 at 6:30pm, with the collaboration of Building Bridges Art Exchange. “One of the most sharp and incisive Italian pencils – explains the Institute – since 1975, Riccardo Mannelli has been working with leading satirical magazines and many newspapers and magazines in Italy and abroad. Over the years, Mannelli also exhibited his paintings in numerous festivals and exhibitions around the world.” The artist will talk about his work with Gianluca Draghetti and Marisa Caichiolo, curators of the exhibition “Riccardo Mannelli: notes for the reconstruction of beauty”, on display at the Building Bridges Art Exchange in Santa Monica from 30 January to 8 March.
