Madrid – As of today, there are 32 companies in the Italian delegation led by the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Spain in Madrid taking part in Alimentaria Barcelona. Tto be held April 25-28, the event will feature an exhibition space of 400sqm called “Area Italia”, with a custom design that recalls the typical Italian village. The space will promote Italy’s food and wine excellences in a fundamental event for industry professionals, which this year celebrates its 30th edition. During the 4-day fair, 180,000 visitors are expected to walk through its corridors, including Spanish and international operators, from EU countries, the United States, Russia, China, Japan, Korea and Latin America. The Italian presence at Alimentaria sees the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Italian for Spain collaborate with the ITA office in Madrid and the Italian Chamber in Barcelona, managing the participation of different companies and the program of activities to be organized within the Area Italia.
