(February 12, 2016) As part of the MA “Planning and building strategies”, students from the Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University of Cologne analyzed five squares of Palermo to understand their functionality, social impact, potential and problems. The results will be shown in the exhibition “The squares of Palermo”, which will be inaugurated on February 16 at the Institute of Italian Culture of the German city. The exhibition, which will remain open to the public until March 7, proposes models, plans, drawings and photographs that illustrate the fascinating architecture of the Sicilian city. (Peg)
