Bogotà. From May 4th, Jorge Eduardo Londoño Ulloa is the new Minister of Justice in Colombia and Lucano from the Lucanos of Tunja association. The Minister of Justice was born in Puerto Boyacá the 25th of November 1960. He is a lawyer from the University of Colombia specialising in Comparative Public Law Institute of the European University of Turin (Itay).
