Bangkok – Fifty Italian food companies participating in the “Thaifex fair – World of Food Asia 2016”, which opened yesterday in Bangkok, Thailand will be open until 29 May. Thaifex is one of the most important Asian food fairs, a window on Southeast Asian markets and the “Asean” free trade sector (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Vietnam, Laos, Burma and Cambodia). Italian companies are present in the collective exhibition of the “Italian Area”, organised by the Anuga trade fairs and CIBUS, along with Federalimentare and ICE agency. A presence that has been repeated over the last four years, in part to respond to a growing demand in these countries for ‘Made in Italy’ food. Among the Italian companies attending Thaifex 2016 are also Inalca Food and Beverage, Ambrosi, Wal-cor Corsanini, Bioagricoop Conserve Italy, Salumificio Vitali, Salumificio Bordoni, San Carlo.
