Lisbon. The Italian Cultural Institute in Lisbon promotes a day dedicated to Novara, with the collaboration of the Chamber of Commerce of Novara. Documentaries provided by the Chamber of Commerce of Novara, together with the distribution of promotional material of the city and the province of Novara, will be screened at 11:00 at the Institute for language students courses students. This will be followed at 15:00 with the Workshop ‘Traveling with food. Lisbon Novara km0 ‘entrusted to Michele Bono, Chef of the Hotel Dom Pedro Palace Lisbon’s Restaurant ‘Il Gattopardo’. Bono will prepare an asparagus risotto with DOP gorgonzola followed by a local wine tasting for the pupils of the Lisbon Schools of Hoteliers with the support of the Chamber of Commerce of Novara.
