Farnborough – The Falco EVO of Leonardo-Finmeccanica, the evolved version of the unmanned system Falco, was selected by two customers, respectively, of the Middle East and the Gulf region. The announcement came during the Farnborough Airshow held until Sunday, and in which the Group participates. The Falcon is an export success story for Leonardo, with five international customers and more than 50 systems that fly in the world. Among the customers stand the United Nations, to which the company provides a monitoring service through the Falcon to support the humanitarian mission MONUSCO in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
