Lisbon – European Sweet Itineraries, under the COSME program, is a project born from the collaboration between the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Portugal as a partner leader and Italian Chamber of Commerce for Spain as a partner. It sets mobility actions within the European Union for young people aged 17 to 19 who are training in tourism and catering, focusing on an attractive product such as chocolate. The goal is to create new connections with non-traditional countries and attract new tourists from emerging markets (in this case Latvia) and to renew and strengthen the streams already in place (Portugal and Spain), creating a tourism product for young people and facilitating the establishment of tourist flows in the off season.
