Monaco. Artist Cesare Catania took part in the opening of the retrospective exhibition on Robert Combas – at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco. An interesting game of perspective, isometric projection, a breakdown of the figures into simple three-dimensional polygons, as a new way of looking at issues and the surrounding reality. This is the work of Cesare Catania. It is an artistic practice that is very close to that of Combas, especially for his use extreme yet contrasted and brilliant colour. The retrospective presents a hundred of the most important works from the 1980s and 1990s. (9Colonne)
