Helsinki – “Four days on mission, starting from today until September 15 to see first hand the strengths of the education system in Finland. A mission to experience their vision “in the flesh”, and from which we intend to draw lessons that can be brought back to Italy and translated into action. First and foremost, the Italian system needs adequate funding and it can innovate on an educational level”. This was stated by M5S Mps Luigi Gallo, Simone Valente, Giuseppe Brescia and Senator Enza Blundo, currently on a four days visit in the Finnish capital, Helsinki. Today MPs will hold a briefing at the Italian Embassy. Tomorrow they will host a conference on the Finnish system at the National Board of Education, followed by a visit to a school, where they will have lunch in the cafeteria. (9colonne)
