(12 October 2016) Relations between Italy and Dubai start at breakfast. It’s called “Breakfast Made in Italy” is the title of the new project launched by CNA to improve the quality of Italian-style breakfast, optimise costs, staff training and to improve the management of the flow of customers in a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment. The project, designed and implemented with the support of Ministry of Economic Development and of ICE, utilizes the concept of ‘made in Italy’ quality through the union of services, equipment and products. A process of information and training will be presented first at Sia Guest, thanks to collaboration with Rimini Fiera, from Thursday October 13 to Saturday October 15 and then in Dubai, on the occasion of the event “The Speciality Food Festival” from November 7 to 9. In Rimini, like in Dubai, there will be a space for 19 selected companies in the Horeca, the leading Italian breakfast sector, where they will present operators with a wide range of offers: from breakfast food machinery to raw materials (flour for cakes, jams, honey, juices) and a whole range of other goods for breakfast. “Breakfast Made in Italy”’s stop in Rimini, will also see the organization of an intensive information / training programme with the participation of experts who will hold seminars on issues related to breakfast food management, its preparation, methods of construction, products used, opportunities offered by the United Arab Emirates and the next stage of the project.
