Erfurt – The Italian national chefs team warms its pans in view of the Kitchen Olympics, an internationally renowned event organized by the Verband der Köche Deutschlands (Federation of German cooks), which takes place from tomorrow to October 25, at the exhibition center of Erfurt in Thuringia, in conjunction with the “inoga” fair, one of the largest and most important exhibitions in the world for receiving services, tourism, hotel, for the hospitality and culinary. The Italian national chefs team is led by Daniel Caldarulo and Pierluca Ardito, who has collected its reins after three very good management cycles by Fabio Tacchella, assisted by Gianluca Tomasi, Fabio Momolo and Marco Valletta. The new team has returned from trials in different locations in Italy (training sessions, real simulations of the race with open doors …), during which the chefs have prepared and presented for those who attended the 3 course menu that consists of starter, main course and dessert.
