Los Angeles – Two years after the publication of “The Minimalist Evolution”, Gabriele Ciampi presents his second work with the emblematic title, “In Dreams Awake”, due out today: the new album is released by Universal, major with which Ciampi has signed two “worldwide” exclusive contracts (recording and publishing). “In Dreams Awake” is a way of being and feeling the emotions and transfer them through music. “Awake in dreams. The disc name – said Ciampi – represents this stage of my artistic life in which I begin to touch my dreams as they become real”. From Rome, his hometown, to Los Angeles, where he currently lives (for love and for study), the artist has exported its way of composing in the USA. A year ago, he performed at the White House at the invitation of the First Lady Michelle – the first Italian composer to conduct his own music for the “White House for Holidays”. (9Colonne)
