Barcelona – On October 26 ended the 14th edition of the Fórum Gastronomic, the fair dedicated to promoting culinary excellence held in Barcelona from October 23 to 26. The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Barcelona organized a tasting of the company’s Fresco Food products, all exclusively biological, 0 km, not from factory farms, which represent the Italian tradition: lasagne, eggplant parmigiana, stew chicken, scallops of veal with wine, veal stew and roast leg of pork. Presented two product lines: Products ATP (protective atmosphere), designed for the Retail and for dining options that do not have the ability to handle food, and products Sous-Vide, line dedicated to restaurants, delis, catering, small bistros and canteens.
