Washington. A research on innovative therapies for ediabetes coordinated by Professor Manfredi Rizzo, Associate of Internal Medicine, University of Palermo published in February 2015 in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism (JCEM) (official journal of the International Endocrine Society), was chosen as “The Best JCEM Diabetes January – March 2015 “. The award goes to the fruitful collaboration between various researchers from the University of Palermo, Catania and four foreign universities. According to Professor Manfredi Rizzo, “this is an international recognition for the research carried out at Unipa and in collaboration with the University of Catania and four other foreign universities. We published the article of this innovative diabetes research last year in a prestigious international journal.
