Shiga. Professor Stefano Magagnoli from the Economics Department of the University of Parma, was invited to the “6th Asian Food Study Conference” that will take place at Ritsumeikan University of Shiga, Japan from December 3 to December 5. The theme of the conference is “Exchange and Dynamism of Food Culture in Asia- Past, Present and Future”. Professor Magagnoli’s talk is titled “Made in Eataly.
