(December 7, 2016) “They Call Me Jeeg”, film revelation of the year, winner of seven David di Donatello, starring Claudio Santamaria, Ilenia Pastorelli and Luca Marinelli comes to Belgrade. The first work by Gabriele Mainetti will in fact be projected Tomorrow – Thursday, December 8 at 20 – on the occasion of the fifteenth Italian Film Festival. The festival organized by the Yugoslav Film Archive in collaboration with the Italian Institute of Culture in Belgrade is held at the Yugoslav Film Archive (Uzun Mirkova 1). It took off yesterday and will close its doors on Friday, December 9. Premiered in Italian cinemas in February “They Call Me Jeeg” was produced by Goon Films and Rai Cinema with the support of the Cinema Directorate general. Presented in competition at the Rome film festival in 2016, starring Claudio Santamaria in the role of Enzo Ceccotti alias Jeeg. (red)
