Cairo. The Egyptian Pavilion curated for the 15th Architecture Biennale in Venice will be presented at the Italian Cultural institute on 11 January. The 15th international exhibition titled “Reporting from the Front” organised by Alejandra Aravena acquired 65 national participants in the historic Biennale Pavilions in the ‘Giardini’, ‘all’Arsenale’ and in Venice’s historic city centre. 88 Participants from 37 different countries, 50 of which are new and 33 are under the age of 40. The Egyptian Pavilion titled “Reframing Black/Imperative Confrontations” was curated by the Ministry of Culture. Commissioner: Ahmad Hilal.
