Beijing – Monday, January 16 at 17 at the Italian Institute of Culture is scheduled the event “Italian cuisine is culture, solidarity, hospitality”, promoted by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with ICE and the Italian Embassy. The event closes the first edition of the Week of Italian cuisine in the world with the award by Ambassador Ettore Francesco Sequi to chefs and restaurant owners who contributed to the success of the event and the fundraising project for the populations affected by the earthquake in Central Italy associated with it. Sequi and the president of the Chamber of Commerce, Sergio Bertasi, also confer the label “Italian Hospitality” at certified restaurants on site. (9Colonne)
