(2 February 2017) “Playing music is not a demonstration nor is it a spectacle. It is a state of mind, to dream, and a reason for living. Playing is sharing an absolute art and is constantly reborn through a medium made of dense and living matter: sound” according to Roberto Giordano. He will be the star of the “Suono Italiano” at the Italian Cultural Institute in Stockholm. Giordano opens a cycle of chamber music concerts organised by the ICI in collaboration with the CIDIM (Italian National Music Committee) with the support of the Fondazione Lerici C.M. ” An excellent pianist with great class and elegance”, ” An unparalleled virtuoso “, “refined and sensual Musician”, “poet of the piano” are just some example of how critics view Roberto Giordano. He will perform pieces by Brahms and Chopin at 19:00 on February 9 at the Italian Cultural Institute of Stockholm. (red)
