Nyon. The 2017 (48th) programme of Visions du Réel (April 21st – 29th), the International Documentary Film festival in Nyon, Switzerland directed by Luciano Barisone. Six Italian films are in the running. Among the medium-length films are: “Imma” by Pasquale Marino, “Per chi vuole sparare” by Pierluca Ditano, “Tutte le anime del mio corpo” by Erika Rossi, “Upwlling- La risalita delle acque profonde” by Pietro Pasquetti and Silvia Jop, “Yvonnes” by Tommaso Perfetti. In the short-film section: “Gondwana” by Riccardo Giacconi. Three works have been selected in Regard Neuf: “Babylonia Mon Amour” by Pierpaolo Verdecchi, “Dusk Chorus” by Nika Saravanja and Alessandro D’Emilia, “Sagre Balere” (Dance Hall Land) by Alessandro Stevanon and “Tarda Estate” by Antonello Scarpelli.
