Guatemala City – The Guatemala City Italian Institute of Culture proposes the screening of “Mediterraneo” for its “Oscar Nights” cycle. The appointment is on May 22 from 6 to 8 PM at the IIC headquarters. The film by Gabriele Salvatores (1991) will be presented with Spanish subtitles. In the spring of 1941, a group of Italian soldiers received the order to preside over a seemingly deserted Aegean sea island. Within a few months the war will forget about them and their war.
