From the Sapienza laboratories to the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena (California): an algorithm developed by the young 27-year-old Doctor of Geodesy and Geomatics from the Sapienza University, Giorgio Savastano, in collaboration with Augusto Mazzoni and Mattia Crespi, has recognition by Nasa which will now adopt it to locate tsunamis in real time before they reach the coast.
