(June 2, 2017) Just a month after the last one, another successful mission for Ariane 5, that has launched two telecommunications satellites ,ViaSat-2 and EUTELSAT 172B. This is the third mission for Ariane 5 in 2017. The Italian company Avio participates in the Ariane 5 launcher with solid propulsion engines and liquid oxygen turbochargers. Giulio Ranzo, Managing Director of Avio, commented: “Just a few weeks after the last mission in Guyana, we are witnessing another success for Ariane 5, which proves the great reliability of our products and the European industrial system capable of carrying out successful launches At high rhythms, i.e. one per month.
