Vienna. On Monday, June 12th in Vienna (Hartliebs Bücher, Porzellangasse 36, 1090) author Paolo Di Paolo will present his book titled “Il tempo senza scelte” (Time without Choices). The event, at 19.30, was organised by Hartliebs Bücher in collaboration with the Italian Institute of Culture in Vienna and will be moderated by Laura Bruna Nosé Making a decision has never been easy, as evidenced by the fact that a long list of philosophers have studied this phenomenon. It is with the most prominent ones, Kierkegaard, that Di Paolo begins his analysis of a generation trapped in a perpetual state of indecision. However, the reflections contained in this text are not bound to philosophical dogmas. The author includes Benjamin and Zerocalcare to understand his generation’s situation, and invites us to reflect with him, and with ourselves. (9Colonne)
