Milan. On June 7, Assocamerestero signed an important partnership agreement with the Lombardy Region to help Lombardy companies internationalise on the 54 foreign markets in which the Italian Chambers of Commerce are active. Specifically, the agreement covers the following activities: implementation of targeted systematic accompanying actions of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Lombardy and the development of their skills to successfully measure them in the context of international markets; the creation of cross-border systems and project planning to consolidate the presence of Lombardy companies in foreign markets; the rationalisation of import policies such as for raw materials, semi-finished products, machinery, and technology to promote strategic imports as a competitive lever to improve the international performance of local businesses.
