Lipetsk. The “Valle degli ortaggi” (Vegetable Valley) – an Italian company with a strong market in Russia – will open a new facility in the Lipetsk region that will enable the cultivation of cucumbers in the fifth-generation UltraClima automated climate control grid on 5.2 hectares of greenhouses. The “Valle degli Ortaggi” group is already present in the Lipetsk region currently operates a complex of greenhouses on an area of 40 hectares for the cultivation of tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuces without the use of chemicals, pesticides, genetically modified hybrids and various stimulants.
