Koper – Today the Italian Navy Palinuro Training Ship has reached the port of Trieste, the sixth stage of the training pre – campaign for the students of the second course of the Military Navy School “Morosini” in Venice, where it will be moored until Friday. On Friday the Palinuro ship will continue sailing to reach the port of Koper in Slovenia. The students, on their first experience, are following a practical training program in the training of naval arts and in the nautical science training, scheduled following a period of study at the Military Navy School. Going by the sea on the shore ship Palinuro is fundamental to the formation of students who through the ethical values and traditions handed down over time learn to collaborate with team spirit and to acquire the ability to manage the staff and the proper mastery and confidence in the work environment. The Navy is always aware of the issues of safeguarding and enhancing the marine environment and, through sailing ships, transfers to the youngest values such as culture and love for the sea.
