Doha. Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Angelino Alfano, will travel to Doha on Wednesday, August 2nd for a series of institutional meetings. In the morning, the Minister will meet with executive president of the Qatar Investment Authority, Sheikh Abdallah Bin Mohammed Al Thani. Alfano will later meet with the president of Qatar Museums, Sheikha Mayassa bint Hamad Al Thani, followed by a visit the Museum of Islamic Art. Alfano’s official visit will continue with bilateral talks with Qatar’s Defense Minister, Khalid bin Mohammad Al Attiyah, and Qatar emir, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani. Alfano will then meet with his counterpart, Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Al Thani. At the end of the talks, there will be a joint press conference with the two ministers at 13.00 (local time) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Doha. In the early afternoon, Alfano will meet Prime Minister and the Minister of the Interior, Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser Al Thani. Before returning to Rome, Alfano will have an interview with a representative of Italian entrepreneurs in Qatar. (9Colonne)
