Chengdu – Italian State Secretary for Economic Development, Ivan Scalfarotto, signed the Declaration of Intent for the Construction of an Italo-Chinese District on Culture and Innovation in Chengdu, China, together with the Mayor of Chengdu, Luo Qiang, the Italian Ambassador to Beijing Ettore Sequi and the delegation of the Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing led by Consul General Sergio Maffettone. He then illustrated the synergies between China and Italy at the 3rd International Chongqing-Italy Forum on Automotive, Transportation and Logistics, held in Chongqing. He then responded to questions from journalists of Chinese media, reiterating the Italian will to deepen cooperation in the automotive with the Chongqing Municipality. (9colonne)
