For many years, Varvel has also been very present in India, where in 2011 it has established MGM-Varvel Power Transmission Pvt. Ltd along with MGM Motori Elettrici (MGM-Varvel Power Transmission Pvt. Ltd.). Since then, ‘Made in Italy’ precision mechanics have also been valued in the Indian manufacturing market thanks to the branch office that is involved in assembling and distributing Varvel products throughout the country from Chennai’s headquarters. To further boost its presence in the Indian market, the company announced the launch of the new website www.varvel.in, an extension of the institutional site to make the Varvel brand more accessible and familiar to local industry. A few days ago, the company had participated in PackPlus, the main event in the Asian continent dedicated to the packaging and processing of products, and at the Automation Expo fair in Mumbai, the most important event for automation and industrial instrumentation in the area.
