Ushuaia – A richer and richer palmares of awards for “Beyond the Borders”, the documentary on the legendary mountain climber Ettore Castoglioni, produced by Trentino’s GiUM in co-production with the Gooliver Association, the Swiss Imago Film and the Swiss-Italian TV RSI. The film sponsored by the Trentino Film Commission won the prize as “the best filmmaking on the Alps” at the recently concluded 23rd Lessinia Film Festival. Almost at the same time the XI edition of the Ushuaia SHH International Mountain Film Festival in Argentina was completed. From here comes another important acknowledgment. The jury composed by Griselda Moreno, Marcelo Galhera and Cinthia Rajschmir has in fact conferred the documentary the Best Character prize. The documentary is now expected at the Bansko Festival in Bulgaria. (9colonne)
