Ingelheim. The conference on new security challenges and law enforcement intervention capabilities was held at Ingelheim on the Rhine in Germany. Italy was represented by the Department of Public Security, Chief State Police Officer Dr. Gennaro Capoluongo, Councillor for International Cooperation. In the analysis of the current demand for security for European citizens, he highlighted how cooperation and the exchange of information between police forces and international agencies is the first step towards improving the fight against crime.
