Sofia – The National Library of Sofia hosts a day dedicated to Umberto Eco entitled “Umberto Eco in Bulgaria and beyond” on February 16th from 9:27 to 19:30. Linguist, philosopher, historian, successful novelist, ironic desecrator of reality – who doesn’t remember Umberto Eco for at least one of these reasons? Professor Alessandra Kumanova will present to the public the bio-bibliographical volume in which she has collected all the literary contributions, critical essays, and aesthetic developments in the world that is work has stimulated over time.
