Beijing. Contemporary theatre is by definition theatre that developed between the beginning of the twentieth century and the present day: during which time wars, social changes, the advent of new means of communication, visual reproduction – the digital revolution – has deeply touched our traditional “stage” theatre. On April 5th from 19:00 to 20:30 at the Italian Institute of Culture in Beijing, Valeria Campo will talk about some of the countless strands of contemporary Italian theatre thanks to her more than twenty years of experience, which brought her to the Teatro Stabile in Genova, then to be one of the founders of the Teatro dell’Archivolto. She also participated with the Teatro dell’Archivolto formation and with the Broncovitz comedians of the so-called “comedian’s season” of the 90s. (9colonne)
