Madrid. After the positive experience of Alimentaria 2018 (16-19 April), where the 17 Italian companies that exhibited their products in the space dedicated to Italian food have had the opportunity to get in touch with local and international distributors and importers, the quality food sector is once again the protagonist in the most important trade fair in the sector that takes place in Madrid: the Salón Internacional de Gourmets. From 7 to 10 May more than 90,000 operators will meet at the IFEMA exhibition centre, for the 32nd edition of the event dedicated to typical quality products. As in previous editions, the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Spain will manage an exhibition space measuring 200 sqm, exclusively dedicated to Italian gastronomy. The Italy space will host 16 companies, which will exhibit a wide variety of typical products of the country’s gastronomic tradition, including sausages, dry and fresh pasta, preserves, flours, homemade ice cream, wines, and liqueurs.
