Athens. On Tuesday June 5th at 23:00 at the Technopolis of the Municipality of Athens, there will be a “Accordi e Disaccordi” concert. The group is composed by Alessandro Di Virgilio (guitar), Dario Berlucchi (guitar), and Elia Lasorsa (double bass), for the 18th Athens Technopolis Jazz Festival. The event is promoted in collaboration with the Italian Institute of Culture. “Accordi e Disaccordi” is an Italian project active at the national and international music scene. The band, a trio born in early 2012, consists of its two founders Alessandro Di Virgilio and Dario Berlucchi on guitar, and Elia Lasorsa on double bass. Their repertoire is composed of original pieces that combine, in a very personal style, the most diverse influences of jazz, swing, blues, and traditional music, with original acoustics and cinematic taste, maintaining an initial stylistic gipsy jazz matrix, clearly influenced by the famous guitarist, Django Reinhardt.
