Cologne. “Circeo”, the dance performance choreographed by Fabrizio Favale is scheduled on August 30th at the Tanzmesse 2018, the international contemporary dance festival in Cologne.”Circeo is a bluff overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is also the mythical place where Ulysses meets Circe.Faced with a broad horizon, devoid of familiar landmarks, the dancers deeply penetrate into a changing universe with refined movements and impressive dynamics articulated by speed and slowness, heat and cold, distance and closeness, showing exhausted and stranded bodies”.The show was co-produced by the Théâtre National de la Danse Chaillot in Paris and supported by MIBACT, Emilia-Romagna Region Fund for Dance.
