(5 february 2019) Within the new edition of E3 The author and editor, which this year will also present contemporary Italian literature in Spain through the voice of its protagonists, the Italian Cultural Institute of Madrid organised an event with the authors Alessandro Gazoia, Andrea Gentile and Daniele Giglioli February 7th at 20:00. Alessandro Gazoia published Come finisce il libro(2014), Senza filtro (2016) for minimum fax and he co-curated the anthology of Italian short stories “L’età della febbre” (2015) with Christian Raimo. For il Saggiatore, he published “Giusto terrore: Storie dal nostro tempo” (2017). He works as an editor and collaborates with Book Pride, the national fair of independent publishing. Andrea Gentile is the author of L’impero familiare delle tenebre future” (Il Saggiatore, 2012), “Volevo tutto: la Vita nuova” (Rizzoli, 2014) and “I vivi e i morti” (minimum fax, 2018). He is the editorial director of il Saggiatore. Daniele Giglioli teaches Comparative Literature at the University of Bergamo. His works include “Tema” (La nuova Italia, 2001), “Il pedagogo e il libertino” (Bergamo University Press, 2002), “Senza trauma” (Quodlibet, 2011), “Critica della vittima” (nottetempo, 2014), Stato di minorità (Laterza , 2015) and “All’ordine del giorno è il terrore” (il Saggiatore, 2018). He collaborates with the Corriere della Sera and the Neue Zürcher Zeitung.
