Austin – The Italian musical and creative industry warms their engines and prepares to return to the South by Southwest Conference and Festival of Austin (SXSW) with an increasingly important role: there will be numerous local bands and artists who will cross the ocean to perform at the most important world fair dedicated to music and creativity. The 2019 edition will see some of the most interesting Italian musical proposals tread the stages of Austin and animate, from 10 to 13 March, the stage at the Italian stand inside the Austin convention centre. “Sounds from Italy” will take place live on March 14th at the historic Stephen F’s Bar of the Intercontinental hotel in Austin in the event. Among the artists selected by Sxsw to be present in Austin are some representative new comers within the Italian music scene : Damien McFly, Baseball Gregg, Jungle, Her Skin, Third Class, Birthh, Yoy, Be Forest, Rev Rev Rev, Mascarimirì from Puglia, and many others. Music must be spread in addition to being performed. For this reason, K-Array, leader in innovation in the design of audio technologies, stands out among the Italian creative and technological excellences this year at the Italia @ Sxsw stand. They will present some of their cutting-edge solutions, entirely made in Tuscany and chosen by artists such as Blink 182, Claudio Baglioni, and many other famous international artists. (9Colonne)
