Havana – The ICE-Agency has organised the collective participation of Italian companies at the 2019 Hostelcuba Fair in Havana, from May 28 to 30. The Hostelcuba Fair is the main exhibition dedicated to equipment, services, and technologies for catering and hospitality on the Caribbean island. The objective of the participation of a collective of Italian companies is to offer a complete overview of the technological offer, services, and assets related to the tourism industry and its related industries. The Cuban government looks at tourism as one of the main drivers of development, already representing the second entry item of foreign currency. The opportunity for Italian companies, also reaffirmed by the organisers and the institutional representatives of the ministries involved (tourism, industry, agribusiness) is to provide products and technologies in line, by price and quality, with the development programmes of the economy Cuban.
