(Apr. 5) – The excellence of Italian shoe industry will be on display in Almaty, Kazakhstan, from April 11 to 13 at the Palace of Dom Priemov. The exhibition, now at its 16th edition, is organized by the ICE and is the main moment of exchange between Italian producers and Kazakhs, Uzbeks, Tajiks and Kyrgyz entrepreneurs who will examine the winter 2012/13 new samples of 44 Italian brands. Each participating company will have an area of 12 square meters and a communication plan – organized by the ICE – which aims to facilitate the promotion of Italian excellence in Kazakhstan. The event, which takes place twice a year in collaboration with the ANCI – National Association of Italian footwear -, intends to give continuity to the promotion of Italian products in the Kazakh market. The project includes the organization of missions to the MICAM, leading international shoe exhibition that takes place every six months in Milan, and incomings of Kazakhs, Tajiks, Kyrgyz, Uzbeks operators in the main national manufacturing districts.
