Beside the tastings, it was presented to the French market ‘RistoPad’, a revolutionary application created by Bizmate, a Sicilian company, for the electronic management of wine list and menu on the iPad. The meeting was also attended by Cristina Passariello, reporter for The Wall Street Journal, while Luigi Stella and Andrea Graziano did the honors, “Sicilian makers let us taste their products,” said Andrea Graziano, who organized the event. “Sicilian cuisine is so deeply involved in a project born for fun but that brought our island, with its culinary excellence, to the center of Paris.” (Red/Peg)
